I got this watch because my resin straps keep breaking, and there are very few choices in women's watches with fabric bands. This watch is great! There are so many features that my old (more expensive) watch didn't have, and they are super easy to use. No fiddling around pressing random combos of buttons to figure out how to change the time. My favorite added feature is the countdown timer, which saves the last time period you counted down, so if you're constantly counting down the same amount of time, you don't have to reprogram it every time. The only feature I don't use is the occasion reminder -- don't really see the point since I have a calendar in my PDA to remind me.

I purchased this watch along with another Timex Ironman to make a decision on. I chose the other mainly because it had interval time available and this one did not. I would have kept this watch but I was concerned about the band. I didn't expect the band to be completely velco.

I REALLY LIKE THE WATCH FEATURES, BUT THE PALE PINK WATCHBAND SOILS AND SHOWS THE DIRT...THUS YOU ARE SPORTING A NICE WATCH FACE AND VERY DIRTY WATCHBAND...SO THIS WATCHBAND LOOKS TACKY AFTER 3 OR SO WEARINGS

Great Watch /Lots of FeaturesApr 10, 2010
I love this watch! After borrowing my son's watch when mine broke I decided this more feminine version was perfect for my needs. It has a large easy to read face, and timer features especially helpful in my health care occupation. I have been traveling abruptly lately and the alarm features have been very useful. There are a lot of bells and whistles for the money! My only regret is that the pink fast wrap band (which fits better on my small wrist than the newer polymer type band)does show soil very quickly and I am not sure I can find replacement band or even if it is possible to remove and replace existing band. I plan to try washing it and letting it air dry before it gets too soiled.

I got this for my girlfriend because she kept stelaing mine when she would go to the gym. No big deal but that left me without one when I went to the gym. Great watch, very comfortable and easy to clean and operate.
