Imagine buying a really nice Timex, only to discover that the band is DESIGNED to break! Yes, folks, the Timex people have designed a band that started breaking in 2 places: the band "plugs" into a second section in 2 places. So my wife's band started breaking after three months and after numerous glue attempts, we threw it away. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!! Timex Women's T5K160 Ironman 50-Lap Resin Strap Watch

My watch also had problems with the band breaking. It lasted a little over a year, with the last few months of constantly "plugging" in each side of the bands every time I put it on and took it off. I finally lost one side of the band. I am disappointed, as I liked all the other features of the watch.

I've had better watches from Timex. This one is feminine and works for everyday use. I am still looking for a better watch to use while working out and racing.

Got this as a gift for my wife. She loved it. Its a great, basic sports watch. Fits her small wrist. Good price for the functions.
