simple, understated styingJun 12, 2010
By L.C.K. This beautiful watch posed a problem for me at first. There was too much band for my wrist leaving an extra 2" of woven mesh wrist band hanging beyond the clasp. The problem was solved by a jewelry repairman with a band cutter. He simply shortened and finished the stationary end with a special tool. It seems really simple but the was challenge finding someone with the special tool. The watch band now fits properly with a neatly finished jewel clasp. Just keep in mind that woven mesh bands need to be custom fit to really look and feel right.

Skagen Quality ShowsSep 23, 2010
By AL The Skagen Women's 354SGSC watch is a quality time piece, and the quality shows from your first glance. One flaw is the watch band is too long.

Beautiful Watch But Poor QualityFeb 15, 2012
By ThatllDoPig First of all, I love the appearance of this watch! I appreciate the thin band and elegant style of the watch. The two-tone watch face with silver and gold makes it go with anything. However, within three months the mesh band began to unravel at the sides. After 9 months, I stopped wearing the watch because the unraveling parts of the watch actually make small cuts in my wrist! Unfortunately, Amazon's warranty does not cover repairs to the band. I'm afraid to buy a new band from Skagen because it will most likely do the same thing. What a frustrating purchase!

Beautiful and interesting watch with a thin bandNov 16, 2011
By Carla This watch replaces a Skagen watch that I bought in Denmark, where Skagen is located. I bought that watch in 2004, and it never failed on me, but I lost it. Skagen watches are definitely high quality.
I have very thin wrists, so I need a watch with a small to medium face, and I love a watch with a thin band. This watch has the thinnest band you can get. The watch profile is slim (doesn't stick up too far). The face is easy to read but not too big.
I love this watch. The only drawback is that they made the band much too long. It wraps around my wrist so far that it almost reaches the watch face on the other side, almost 2 inches too long. I plan to get the band shortened at the jewelers.

My watchJan 02, 2009
By J. Pool This is a great product. Attractive and accurate. I saw this on a cruise ship, but didn't buy it then.
