Great watchOct 25, 2008
By Kevin Kuang
"KK"
Really nice watch and fantastic features Analog/digital time Calendar Alarm Dual Time mode Stopwatch All of this for just about $15 It's EXTREMELY light and thin The wrist strap is very slim and fits great.
Cons- The area where the strap attaches to the face of the watch feels very weak and flimsy. The way to change the Analog time is very weird and time consuming. On the right side of the watch has a "hidden" button. When you slightly tap it, the minute hand moves 1 minute and when you hold down on it it SLOWLY changes time. My problem with this is when you accidentally hit the button, you have to hold it down for at least 5-8 minutes to bring the time back to normal >_< Such a pain
But nice watch overall.

Great ValueOct 10, 2007
By R. Wright The Casio Men's Ana-Digi Dual Time Watch #AW49HE-1AV is a good looking watch with well-made components (Japan movement, China case). Easy to set. I like analog hands and this watch also allows alarm and stopwatch in small lcd screen. No light. Price is great for all purpose watch.
10/12/09 It's been 2 years now, and the watch is still going strong. On the original battery. Have worn it through all kinds of sports and work. Love casios.

Amazingly niceApr 26, 2011
By Will The last Casio I owned was back in the 80s when I was in grade-school. Now I'm getting back into them because they are retro-cool and are an amazing value.
This is a very attractive watch, the fit and finish are fantastic and rival watches that cost $hundreds. I don't know how they assemble a watch like this, ship it, and sell it for $15.
It loses a star because the stopwatch only counts up to 1 hour (after which it resets to zero and starts over) and because there's no backlight, the hands and hour markers glow for a short period when exposed to bright light.
I had no real trouble setting it, nor have I yet accidentally hit the recessed analog time set button. You should know that it ticks once every 20 seconds and the minute hand moves 1/3 of the way between minute marks when it does so (this happens when the digital seconds reach 20, 40 and 00.) So the analog and digital parts of the watch are related in that way. Otherwise you can set the digital part to a totally different time. Kind of interesting.

5 Stars for Casio! ...Jul 13, 2006
By Rocfela This is a very smart looking watch for the $$$ ... I've bought a couple of Casio's thus far and you can't beat them for casual style, battery life, functions and value.

Nice cheap watch but face scratches easilyJul 21, 2012
By Brian F., Gloucester, MA It's hard to go wrong with Casio watches. For a value watch, this model is excellent and the strap is durable and very adjustable. The only problem is how easily and badly the face gets scratched. Some scratches wear off eventually, but the deeper ones remain. Also, I wish the face wasn't so light-reflective, but you can't have everything with a watch at this price. It is just fine for everyday use in a non-physical setting, such as an office or school, but avoid wearing it for any kind of physical activity requiring arm use.
